Our Services
During a standard home visit, we provide hands-on support for your Mac or PC right at your kitchen table. Services may include:
• Diagnosing and fixing slow performance or startup issues
• Removing viruses, pop-ups, or unwanted programs
• Setting up a new computer or transferring data from an old one
• Installing or updating software
• Connecting to Wi-Fi, printers, or other devices
• Help with email, backups, or everyday troubleshooting
If your computer needs more extensive repairs or can’t be fully serviced during the 90-minute visit, we’ll discuss the option of taking it back to our workshop for further work. Any additional costs will be clearly explained before moving forward.

This includes in-depth troubleshooting and hands-on hardware repair to get your Mac or PC back in working order. Services may include:
• Diagnosing startup failures, blue screens, or recurring crashes
• Replacing failing hard drives or upgrading to solid-state drives (SSDs)
• RAM upgrades and internal cleanings
• Fixing overheating or noisy fans
• Resolving power or charging issues
• Addressing persistent software or operating system errors
We come prepared with the tools and knowledge to handle more advanced problems — all done at your home when possible, or with pickup and return service if needed. Service starts at $149 and will vary based on replacement part costs and time required to complete the repair.
